I do thoroughly enjoy m&s my only query is the bakery section, been waiting months and have gone in a couple times every week for the triple chocolate cookies and haven’t seen any at all. would love to see these at some point!

Having just returned home from mand s fishergate trying to exchange some lds trousers as they did not feel right to touch and being told they did not believe marks where not on trousers when bought I am 77 years old and do not like being accused of telling lies lady in question was a supervisor at cash desk by front door... read full comment

Staff are friendly and polite. Also very helpful. Food department has excellent food and drink.
