Came in for a DBS application. Took a couple minutes. Simple, easy, and good staff.

I cannot get over how rude the staff are in this Post Office.I went in to pick a parcel up for my partner and when I got to the desk I was greeted by a lady who clearly did not want to be there. I walked over and she looked up above her glasses and said "yes" I told her "I am here to collect a parcel" only to be greeting... read full comment

OK, so there is usually a queue but it never takes THAT long to get to the front of it, the service usually comes with a smile and whatever Post Office needs I have ever had, have been met, cordially and efficiently.
