I've not really had much of any issues here. Mostly polite good service. I had occasion once to put them in their place, but no incidents since.

My daughter went to pick a repeat prescription up and the man was so rude and arrogant saying the doctors hadn’t sent it across , spoke in a loud voice so everyone in the chemist knew what medication she was on etc, she was mortified at the way he treated her and he threw the package at her when she tried to explain... read full comment
