Good customer "care", however lack of understanding of basic services by staff is something I encounter frequently here unfortunately. I have issues that they haven't been able to resolve 14 months later despite of continued referral from a staff to another.

Had fast and helpfull service yesterday at around 2:30pm, thank you to the staff member who helped me. He had short brown hair.
