Cowboy customer service from unprofessional employees ask two members of staff to put input collection code they both cba, like why are you here if you aint gonna help like go home. I visited the Preston store today and purchased numerous items. I was on holiday and visited this store as I do not have a store near my home. Once home, I found one of the T-shirts to have a hole in it, making it unwearable. I contacted customer service who said they cannot help me and to take the top back to a store.... read full comment
