I've recently been into this store 3 times to collect parcels. I have found on all occasions that the lady who served me was engaged in very good natured conversations with any customers that were in the store when I entered. Never seen such rude staff in my life! I came in a few days ago doing some shopping there was a woman in front of me leaving the shop, she couldn’t speak properly when she left the shop the man just laughed at her, honestly i can’t believe how bad the business is going down hill! Bring back jane and st. John!!
