Staff member who made my drinks was rude and rolled his eyes when asking to put some cold milk in the boiling hot babychino he gave to me for my 1 year old, its a good job i checked it or he would of burnt himself, staff use to br so lovely in here what happened!!

Yesterday 25/5/22 i visited Costa Coffee, 73 Friargate Walk in Preston. The girl who served me called KARIRA was very pleasant, helpful, bubbly and patient and kept smiling while taking my order. She repeated the order back to me to make sure it was right. She had exceptional customer service that i havent received as good... read full comment

Had a coffee and cake with my grand daughter, we have done this several times now and has always been excellent.
