I've never known such helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure all is done to resolve issues. The dispensary at our GP frequently don't have items in stock, and the pharmacy team at Boots will always do their utmost to source items if they don't already have them in. Went to buy something which was showing as in stock. Couldn't find it and told by an assistant that it must be out of stock. Insisted that she looked in the back and whilst she was gone found it myself on another area of shelving. Expect staff to know ares were products will be placed
