Had exactly what I went in for, however is now totally 'self-service' which seems to struggle accepting loyalty cards & payments so needed assistance - like everyone else again the tills at that time.

I went recently to buy some new face washes and was looking at the inkey (I think I said that right). Whilst I was browsing the products I had 2 staff members 1 either side of me blocking the Isle.
