I did click & collect on a printer. Very straightforward pleasant transaction.
Offered insurance and whilst waiting a few minutes a second person asked if I was waiting or needed anything.

Absolute joke bought a collapsing laundry basket and there was brown marks on it no idea what they are similar to a hot water bottle I bought and more marks on it like absolute joke. It’s disgusting I don’t know what on earth goes on in that warehouse but they should be handling products with the utmost care and respect... read full comment
