The "new" recipe for the caramel frappe is the absolute worst. Not only does it make the drink really bitter, the powdery texture is revolting. I ended up re ordering without coffee and paying £2.65 for an espresso. The staff were lovely understanding and remade the drink without coffee swiftly.

Busy but didn't have to wait long. Love Costa Americano with hot milk. Also had a currant tea cake.
