What an awful place this is, were its the staff who are the KARENS. Disgusting child-like behaviour that I have rarely seen in the service sector. Why is this website not being updated, travelled from Maghull as I needed to use bank facilities, only to find the bank was closed until 28/10/2020,due to a member of staff having covid. Even though website was saying it was open and still is. Complete waste of time and money.

Staff always super helpful.The self service machines are a little sluggish.
