Do the kids do sparing and can they fight others from different places ?

Found this place through Facebook, and as a local beginner boxer looking to build confidence this place is great.I was skeptical at the age range when I came in at first but there’s a lot of experienced people there, however they’re also humble and very welcoming and give good advice.

Best gym about for adults and children . The trainers are brilliant with the kids producing world champions.
