Visited Boots Pharmacy with a prescription and was met with extremely disappointing service. The counter clerk saw me but chose to deliberately ignore me for 10 minutes. The pharmacist today was rude and unprofessional. Visited for my flu jab after being told by my GP I was entitled to one, but as I do every year I went to Boots in Ormskirk as it's easier to get times suitable around work, but I won't be back. Over the top with questioning around why I wanted it, and if I was entitled.... read full comment
