Take too long time to deliver and sometimes charge the receiver surcharges because apparently the sender didn't pay the full postage amount ?

Item showing as delivered today and signed for at 6.18am, for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday.What is the point of paying extra for a tracked service when tracking info is incorrect?So I rang royal mail, they stated that the parcel was not delivered, but was due to be delivered today. This Royal Mail is shambles times are never updated and is always closed. 3rd time attended to collect parcel. Still received it.
