Shockingly slow customer service only been twice and iv wasted 1 hour waiting each time, no privacy, the place is grubby too, everyone's stood so close to each other I can smell someone's breakfast

Never anything good with this branch! You read one thing online then are told completely different in branch. This is the most unhelpful bank I've ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Absolutely hate this bank. Long cues. People wondering around but no one behind the tills. Very unhelpful. Wasted half hour of my day and couldn't help. Despicable
