Usually friendly and helpful staff and good timber products, but today I had an unpleasant experience with an older bald headed person in the Morecambe branch that was all attitude. Overcharged me, implied I lied about the price I'd seen online but didn't bother to check, just stoke there arrogantly arguing before dismissively...
