Id like to thank a member of staff, young guy with beard,( poss ginger)didn’t get his name. I needed the toilet, before continuing my journey back to Liverpool. He politely explained that although they don’t have public toilets being a smaller store. he would escort me through to the staff area rest room. Very helpful... read full comment
