Selling second hand controllers then refusing to exchange even when bought extra cover for faulty. Customer service shocking. Reported to trading standards breaking law.

Staff no clue about consumer rights and their responsibilities. My husband tried to return a faulty product and refused a refund or exchange due to it had been fitted. No way could have known it was faulty until you fit it. Lucky I am not charging them for the damage it caused. Lack of staff training evident. Will escalate... read full comment
