Shocked to find no access to first floor or other floors till the end of the year only by stairs, so anyone with disability issues has no access, spoke to management and was told it is what it is, how bad is that for loyal customers who need to shop local and have disabilities

Seems to have less and less stock , top floor mens very limited and access looking very shabby. Shame
