Staff friendly but what a poor service Royal Mail has now become . Amazon, UPS , DPD all have facility to deliver parcels efficiently but not Royal Mail. New opening times are very poor , no time to pick up parcels. Two hours in morning poor service

New opening hours noted!Went to collect a parcel as it was attempted to be delivered whilst I was at work! Parked over the road, nipped in and out! Took less than 5 mins! The member of staff behind the counter also dug out another item of recorded delivery for me whilst I was there so saved me a trip!Great service! ?
