Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My partner went in to exchange euros to pounds as my mother and father in law have arrived for a visit. They refused as needed a receipt of proof of where it came from. They made my partner feel like a criminal saying never seen him before. He went in the night before to post day... read full comment
