Waiting in the que for more than 20 mins. 1 member of staff behind window and 1 on the so called help desk. Shocking service.

Friendly staff but as with all NatWest branches that I go they are hugely understaffed meaning really long wait times. 5 cashier booths but only 1 or 2 people serving.
