Most staff rude, unfriendly. I have the same batch medications every month. Every month there is a problem with 1 or more of the items. They tell me to ring up to let them know I'm coming in to collect. As a good chemist, you need to train your older lady who serves us.Rude is an understatement , this lady speaks to everyone with distain, and everyone is an inconvenience.Please sort your employee out as she has dilusions of grandure.
