Received ‘The sender didn’t pay the full postage’ can’t complete online as no amount due on the card. Don’t even know who it is from. No alternative but to visit. Opening hours get shorter and shorter 8-10 Monday to Friday and 8-12 Saturday . Not very user friendly

The opening times on your website are wrong and it's annoying. I called at 1pm and you were closed, but the web site indicated you were open until 2pm. Please alter.
