Ordered 2 large big mac meals using the app. I used the click & collect service. Waited just over 5 minutes. Once I got home one of the fries wasn't large size when I took it out of the bag. Amusingly bad these days.
Queues of people ignored while bags pile up.
Guy in front had waited 25 minutes just to collect a coffee. Myself and others waiting 40 minutes just for orders to be wrong.
Staff never pay attention to those that have ordered inside.
The service was so slow, disjointed and generally poor at this branch this morning I'll be suprised if any of those customers will come back.
