had a problem in another post office with a prepaid return package, the staff couldn't scan it for some reason and even opened the parcel to see if there was some thing inside to scan, there wasn't all the information was on the outer packaging as I told them but they wouldn't listen. I try to avoid parcelforce as they tend to leave parcels here for me to pick up, the few times I've been in the same rude woman seems annoyed to have a customer.Today she ignored the customers waiting instead standing blocking the entrance with a brush, then snatched the collection note.Definitely avoid.
