Fabulous deal on Broadband. The assistant manager was very patient, helpful and friendly and I came away with a Broadband deal I couldn't refuse!

Reception around rural areas is getting worst...same in some areas of LancasterWill also be quiet helping if after telling customer services (about 100 times) to delete my details and that I'm not interested of any offers or promotions,to STOP calling me every day!!!

The service is okay, the place is clearly understaffed since they only put two people to deal with everything. Thankfully, the staff themselves are nice.
