Messy inaccessibile isles, poorly staffed, badly managed and overpriced

The store is so inaccessible for wheelchair users - the aisles are more than wide enough, but spare stock, stools, and trolleys are left all over the place, making it impossible to navigate the store independently. Just your average overpriced store on university grounds. Nothing out of the ordinary I guess.
