After 45 years with Nat West, a visit to this branch has persuaded me to switch, despite the fact that I love the app. I don’t visit very often but have always been irritated by the ‘floating’ staff who operate some kind of triage system which is totally OTT. Was told they don't count money at the cash desk . Then the cashier made 3 transactional mistakes . Machines also didn't accept Scottish notes.

Really frustrating and unhelpful, I've recently set up a new bank account for a community. The staff are unable to help and direct me to a telephone number who then tell me to visit my local branch. The machines haven't worked on my last 3 visits and there's usually a 10-20 minute wait as they don't have enough staff.
