Very poor service, when I had issues with applying online and got told on the website to visit a branch I instead just got told to try online again. Very confusing and obtuse, would not recommend anyone open an account at this bank.

Today, I visited the bank, and my experience was extremely unpleasant. When I entered the bank, I encountered a woman who treated me rudely and showed no respect or assistance.
