Nowhere else on the high street is painfully slow service tolerated….HSBC is the exception - it’s the norm here. Bring tea and biscuits for the queue, maybe a book to read.

Turned up on Saturday morning as per their website hours 9.30am - 12pm to find them closed.

Non existent service from disinterested, standoffish and rude staff, when the desk is even manned and they're not just reliant on the machines to do all the work for them. I heartily recommend changing banks if you bank in Lancaster and require in-person services.
