Shocking service. After 2.5 weeks since sending computer for repair I called customer services to be told I had to go into the store to get an update on the the repair. The store does not have a phone number. I live 1 hour drive from the store. I was told.by the store staff that I would receive a call back that day. Nobody...

Asked they to page me with a price to fix my fax machine and they sold me a laptop instead which is great because I can now leave thus review ?
