The quality of the coffee is so bad, taste terrible

On our way to the Lake District we stopped at this lovely stop. A nice break from the fatigue of travel and a change of atmosphere on the road.

The service at Costa was poor. The staff don't get paid enough to give one.
Talking of money it would be hard enough to justify the drink prices if the service was excellent. When service is this poor it highlights the fact that the prices are in fact shocking and you are being taken for a mug. £5 for a mocha (medium).... read full comment
