Worst bank ever. The manager is keep texting while I was asking for services. I Came here 2 month ago and still got same disrespectful services.

I had the misfortune of having a bank account with the Lancaster branch of Barclays.When my Cheque book got towards the end I used to get a replacement in the post then, for some unknown reason, I had to go ‘cap in hand’ to the branch on a Saturday morning to get a measly ‘emergency’ chequebook. There's a reason why this place has terrible reviews!!I switched to Barclays less than 3 weeks ago. On Monday, they suspended my account for no reason.
