I needed the toilet and had planned to buy food. I have difficulty climbing stairs, but do not have a toilet key. Disabled toilet was on the ground floor and locked. the upper part that is it's only redeeming feature ,is no longer open it seems. Unless I didn't see the acess point And the Lower part is atrocious One of the worst i have seen in the UK. needs plenty of money spending on it to return it to its iconic status it used to have. Stopped as heading home, wanted something to eat. The whole eating area was unclean lots of tables needed cleaned and the floors were also stained. Burger King meal fine, you know what your going to get. Definitely needs more regular cleaning.
