Just been to Argos Lancaster waiting to pick up a basket. It was 8.20 when I got there and was waiting behind a lady. Next minute they shut the doors and the friends that were waiting for the staff said are you waiting for Argos they are closed now. Customer service used to be you would serve all customers before leaving.... read full comment

I went in today, with an issue regarding a prepaid card that I’d purchased from a different company. All the staff there really went out of their way to help resolve my issue and ultimately saving my children’s Christmas!
