Asked me to put glassware in the bag I brought in and they don’t want things lying around upstairs and therefore they don’t accept donations unless in a bag. So upset by my visit today I donated 100s of DVDs some brand new worth a lot of money. I rang ahead to ensure they were accepting these donations and even told them what time I’d get there. The assistant manager flew out of the shop and told me that I had over stacked the bags and did I know that the charity shop down... read full comment
