I had a item sent to me Delivery was Thursday re:- Tracking info They said tried to deliver it at 18;05 Thursday I have cctv and next door They Did not come Then they said Delivered Friday 10:30 to 13;30 Just come 14:55 All the driver said was van broken down in all i wated all day thursday and most today

They may be nice people as one commentator posted, but it is a completely useless system. The telephone number - clearly on the internet purely for show or for regulators - is disconnected and other than physically going there, it is impossible to speak to this Mail Centre.
