They may be nice people as one commentator posted, but it is a completely useless system. The telephone number - clearly on the internet purely for show or for regulators - is disconnected and other than physically going there, it is impossible to speak to this Mail Centre. Every time I get an email my parcels being delivered and it doesn’t arrive why is it always at this depot and why does it take days for it to be forwarded absolutely useless
