Used a number of times with no issues. Staff friendly enough, although clearly very busy. A great selection of JellyCat toys.

Sending an expensive mobile phone back for repair under warranty. The post office person threw it across to a sack as if it were rubbish going in the bin. When challenged they shrugged and said “there’s other parcels in the sack”.

Terrible service today (@15:40). The staff member was unfriendly, dismissive and lax in manner with little communication and proceeded to throw my tracked parcel, clearly marked fragile and containing a mobile phone, into the parcel bag as she wouldn't take the care nor make the effort to get out of her chair to place... read full comment
