Bought a fitting for a bathroom plastic pipe. I was charged £10 including a couple of tap washers. Just seen the same fitting minus washers in a store in Blackburn for £1.99. Doubt we'll visit plumb base again any time soon

They quoted me a price and I asked them to check it several times each time they said it was correct I asked them to confirm it was correct by email they said yes it was correct.when the item final came in after a very long wait the original quote was totally ignored and they said it was wrong price .Job was started customer... read full comment
