Enquired about a rental property and stated at the outset I needed to check with the landlord if they would accept our pets before proceeding any further. Agent told me they will get back to me. They did not. Booked a viewing the next day and asked the person with whom this was done to double check. Never got back to me....

Wouldn't bother if you're renting! Never fix anything, never reply to emails, never answer the phone. Shoddy work force. Once you're in there's no help! Verity the manager is the worst, about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Would avoid as you end up in a rust bucket house and nothing gets sorted! Shocking
