I went several years ago and put myself behind three people queuing at the solitary till of three that was open. Meanwhile Santander women in smart red blazers strutted round importantly, doing the old army dodge of holding a sheet of paper to show us they were "busy". Waiting half an hour for attention, then talk to member of staff and get not needed information. Get another appointment. Not happy
