Terrible communication with patients, been waiting quite sometime for a prescription to be told they no longer deal with patients from my GP surgery which has now left me in a pretty risky situation, I would seriously avoid using their services!

I called at this pharmacy in Colne today to purchase a particular brand of cough linctus which I have always been able to obtain there in the past. Today I was told that it was not in stock... without any suggestion of where it might be obtained. Not in the least bit helpful and exacerbated by being called "sweetheart"...
