Nisa Local in Colne has a wonderful team of employees who are friendly and make you feel at home. The positive attitude and welcoming atmosphere have always made my visits enjoyable. Daughter went in at 6.30pm Saturday, bought £6.68 in items, got charged £8.68, a slush added at £2 that was never ordered, she questioned it as she had a limit on spending - refused to give her a receipt but gave one to the next customer.So basically scammed a 10 year old out of £2
