Staff lack interpersonal skills and failed to communicate effectively and appropriately in front of children and other customers. I was faced with rudeness and a sly comment in a condescending manner.

Drove an hour (arrived at 18:54), for them to announce store closes at 7pm on Saturday. Followed the timing on Google which says 8pm. Waste of a journey.
