Went to send a special delivery of a mobile phone that belongs to my mum whose 87, & the post office is showing as open until 6pm I was there 5.45 & so was the postman. Went in to enquire about the new stamps and how to swap out the old ones. Was given a royal mail redirection service leaflet! Not very helpful. Found it on line in the end.
