Went into branch to ask some questions about my a/c containing large amounts. I had all intentions of opening an account at the Chorley branch. To my dismay I found the staff to be inpatient and rude. I said thankyou and walked out. I might add I'm not going back there!

Unfortunately I had to visit this branch recently to sort out an issue however I was met by the most rude, patronising individual who couldn't care less about customer service. After 28 years with TSB I am now looking to take my business elsewhere.
