Booked in May 23 for December 23 and selected our table. Got there and someone else had the table. Good enough, they moved them to another table. Food was only ok. We came with friends (book ahead it’s very busy). Lovely old country pub with fantastic food. I had the steak which was cooked to perfection. The staff were amazing. Entertainment in the evening too.
