I have used the Nile a few times, the food has always been good qyans tasty. Unfortunately the service has been absolutely awful. App orders taken almost 2hrs to arrive. When I called keep getting told on its way. I have giving them the benefit of the doubt as I guess sometimes it's busy. It has been 3 consecutive times... read full comment

Call up and get told 30 mins ring up after 40 mins told be another 30 mins customer service is very poor and this a few times this as happened so if you want food order somewhere else unless your happy to wait all night just wasted an nearly an hour when could of ordered from another takeaway with right timings
